Still lying in bed looking out of the window at blue sky.

Do I stay here all day and preserve my body & mind ? Long slow thinks what is there left to preserve ? Quick answer not to much !

No up at dawn been out & about temp 10 degrees C sun shining. 3 Robins in the garden at one time a record. Sea beautiful & calm. Some Jersey Royals bursting through the soil. And tomorow it is 10% discount day at B & Q where I can meet all those oldies I have worked with in the past.

My luck is in.

I kept myself warm the other day by slicing my thumb with the craft knife

and running about the house searching for the the plasters and then getting

on my knees wiping all the blood up were i had ran about

I'm off sick but its the wife who is unwell. Shes just had a brain tumor removed alls gone well she sat up in bed and had a drink this morning so the world is fine with me again
