 They weren't actually built as stealth ships...we're just calling them that since we haven't seen them for 6 years after being fully paid up. I could post up some of the funny images surrounding this fiasco probably in the jokes section.

 Nothing like money not doing what it should.
 I ran a local authority caravan park and we decided to refurbish the toilet block so asked building controls for the plans, what we got was unrecognisable.
 There was a toilet block funded, paid for and signed of as completed in the late eighties. Site wasn't even pegged out.....Comment

 Yes Andy I realised that later having read the news reports .
