    A question about avatar pics

I may be a bit thick, but how do you get up an avatar pic for your profile posting?

    Cheers, Andrew

Well Andrew, you seem to have resolved this, so how did you manage it? I can only seem to select predefined avatars to my profile...

        Similar question.

How do you get a auto repeated "quote" at the end of each message you post ?

Looked in profile but could not figure it.

that would be in the "edit signature" part of your profile Laurie.

not sure if it will show up on your past posts but will do on future posts. depends on what version of vBulletin johns running. had issues on other forums I'm admin on with this.

Whoops. Not touched anything yet but the text & window format have all gone large size.

Only on Scale Models all elsewhere is OK.

Had a look but could not see any controls for this ie to return to normal size.

That sounds like a browser issue, look at you "zoom" level in "view" on your tool bar.

you could press Ctrl + 0 (zero) which should return zoom to 100% ... see if that helps

Is the avatar picture seen by the member whose picture it is please? I do not see my picture although it's there in the profile.

Aiden, just had a look in your profile.

The picture you have there is your profile picture. You need to up load the picture to the place where it says, custom Avatar.

                      Hope that helps

Sure was Colin. Thanks. Strange that it only affected Scale Models but then what do I know. Except when to ask.

PS wish I had a zoom control for my eyes. Very useful. Still this zoom will come in handy when I am old next year.

Depending on your windows/browser version and individual settings/preferences within ... it can store different zoom settings for each browser window content or each tab you open.

when you gonna change your signature then eh?
