...... That's a good load of logs you did there,I love your Quad BTW, they're great fun aren't they..... Although I guess yours is used solely as a workhorse,so the "fun" side of it has probably worn off for you.
That's a serious looking log splitter too..... My mate has an upright jobbie that he links to the PTO of his tractor,yours looks much neater and more user friendly,( unless you get in the way of it of course!!
).

Best use for logs……
Currently burning hornbeam acquired from my neighbour, who had three taken down last year. He got the tree surgeon to cut them to length so I only have to split the larger chunks. Hornbeam is very tough to split, let me tell you….only way I’ve found is to use a wedge and club/sledge hammer….
I’ve also got his beech and willow prunings from the same source, great for starting a fire :thumb2:Comment
