No promotion ladder here, 30 engineers, 2 senior engineers (me), regional manager. So no moving until he goes. And as we're the only region that doesn't physically connect to another (Also the largest area wise ) there's no going elsewhere without relocation and I did enough moving around when growing up to not want to subject my children to it.

Yeah, went to Gatton, (Royal Alexandra and Albert School.)
Mostly pad brats so it was good.
My sister doesn't agree though, says she's a boarding school "survivor".....
