    HI All has anyone seen the above film ? as i just whatched it on dvd an it was very good

          GOOD im glad you enjoyed the film guys like we did an it seems to me it was a remake of 633 SQR FILM REGARDS THE TARGET an well Rick if it an'it your thing well up to you

            Yes, I enjoyed it. one of the few films recently that is a real success simply because it was free from Hollywood's woke agenda.

              I liked it. Apparently a lot of the in cockpit scenes were filmed by the actors themselves, TC wanted to get realistic footage of the effects of G's on the pilots which I think really shows in the film.

                  and despite Val Kilmer having throat cancer and having a tracheotomy, he insisted on saying his last lines, while the rest of his dialogue was synthesized. Bless him

                    Saw it at the cinema with my lad when it was released and really enjoyed it.

                    I thought the flying in the first was better but I think that was because the F-14 is such an imposing aircraft.

                      Nope , don't watch any war films these days if you want to see fighting look on U tube of the war in the UKRAINE.

                          It's a good film if you switch off your brain. Parallels Star Wars a bit too.
                          (Canyon run, small target, use the force goose.....)
