      Dave I became intolerant to gluten a few years back, no doubt caused by my Asthma. The milk problem started this year. Normally I stay well away from both , but having eaten a small amount you think it will be ok ! This leads to a full on over eating and the results .

            Sorry to hear that you've been unwell my friend but it sounds like the recovery process has started.

            Take care, and if I don't speak to you before have a great Xmas, but maybe go easy on the mince pies & choccies :smiling5:
