But given we have 1:72 and 1:35 scale battleship main turrets, and now a 1:35 scale aircraft carrier island … I want them to release the rest of the ships too! Not to buy and build myself, of course — just to see someone release them

That said, the island would have made more sense in 1:32 …
Jakko a full warship in this scale would be massive as my tiger is just a small 1/72 scale an thats near 8 ft long an the cost to would be massive i bet

Just wondered why they are 60-70's buffalo, did the 80's come with heated seats and electric windows?

That’s why I’m kind of hoping someone will produce one Nothing too big, you know — just something like a Bismarck or a Yamato to go along with the turrets that have been released …

Non-jokingly, I think there was a 1:72 USS Enterprise (I think) in an issue of FineScale Modeller long ago. The aircraft carrier, not the starship, I mean

I must have misremembered, because I checked all my old FSMs just now (I don’t have that many) and it’s not in there. Maybe I saw it somewhere else, or maybe in a newsagent’s, in an issue I didn’t buy or something.
