      I did a little more reading, and that pointed out that 1:32 is a fairly convenient inch scale:
      It is also known as "three-eighths scale", since ³⁄₈ inch represents a foot.

        so surely 1/32 would have given the Tamiya designers even more room for their batteries....

          Probably let the kit fit into a standard box size……very strange to pick that scale but leave the aircraft range in 1/32 though……loads of things made in 1/32, not many found outside of the plastic kit world in 1/35.

                I think he’s actually meant to be posed slightly more to the left (as viewed) and turned towards the woman a bit more …

                    I don't know about the waffers but this gal is totally "into" Mr. Pinstripes......she's leaned in, on the edge of her chair and already has one shoe off......SCORE!
