Probably #1 on my wish list, but thinning the shelf of doom and stash are still my priorities.

Is that a what-if, or a prototype, or something the manufacturer is pushing? Some searching turns up that it seems to be the actual, latest production variant.

Yes Jakko and, according to the specialized press, it seems Italy is going to order a hundred of Leo 2A8.

That would be fun to mask, yes. On the positive side, you should also be able to use this kit for a 1990–2000s American Bradley, just not one for Operation Desert Storm or before (that’s what “ODS” stands for — meaning it’s a variant that incorporates modifications based on the lessons learned from that war).

For a new kit it has the advantage over the Tamiya/Trumpeter offerings who now have age on their side (Challenger). Detail is good and the finished item looks the part. Leopard - Hobby boss has the most variety of marks and these I found to be satisfactory for my needs.

I don’t think they have the same subjects in their range. Rather, what I meant is that the whole appearance of RFM’s sprues is very similar to Takom’s. Not just the same colour of plastic (grey for both ) but the … style of the sprues, I guess. Both use the same kind of “cut-out” letters to identify the sprues, for example.

Interesting choice … I wonder how many it contains, and if it has the foundations too that would give the correct spacing. From the box art, I get the impression these are exactly the right type for the ones near where I live:

Not my photo, but I did take these measurements of the ones in the photo about 20 years ago, in case anybody buys the Gecko set and wants to check:
