May your acquisitions be plentiful and any replies short, to the point and on topic. (there it was: the first grump of the year lol).

He knows I build figures and saw this on eBay, how I don’t know. Can’t give it back saying it’s a grey import. So will push on with it.

I remember seeing this when it was released. Pity the recaster never corrected the issues with the railway carriage. Some of the most glaring ones are easily sorted out, and others are only recognisable to those “in the know”. The figure poses look nice. In fact, they deserve a backdrop that’s more in keeping with them :thumb2:

My wife bought me this, because she’s fed up with me build military stuff.

The spokes are the easy bit. Its drilling the rims that are going to be the killer ....:smiling::smiling2::smiling3:

                Happy New Year all!

So technically these are all 2022 purchases but have only arrived yesterday and today.

First up these for some recent wingy purchases....not that exciting.....

Next up this for my 'Hunters and the Hunted' collection. This accompanies the searchlight I already have. Got it from Kingkit 2nd hand still sealed. Although it was a tad more expensive than new from the manufacturer, the P&P was a quarter of the manufacturer's and so was in effect 25% off....at least that's my excuse!:smiling5:

Next up this larger scale Würger, to join the 109 and Spitfire I have recently purchased......still strongly suspect AlanG 's undue influence given his penchant for this particular aircraft! Whilst not the absolute cheapest recent eBay sale, still a good price and MUCH cheaper than any Profipack versions I saw around the same time!

New floor for the shed, I had put down EVA tiles but they're a bit soft for scooting my chair about, kept checking the clearance items in B&Q and found this laminate for €15....would of been rude not to buy it.

And so it begins. Pzkw iii was a steal at £18 and the paints are for the upcoming GB.
