    Mister craft lynx please avoid

I bought the Mister craft lynx and when I opened the box I frankly to say horrified talk about rubbish lacking no interior detail crudely moulded and decals that split very easily and they don't stick it be all right as a background filler in a dio but that's it
Here is the subject in question
And just to add the instructions are better than the kit. Click image for larger version

MisterCraft, isn’t that a manufacturer who’s got a stock of old moulds from various sources and just keeps making the kits?

Ah, yes: checking them on Scalemates, I clicked on the first four kits and looked at the timeline. The first goes back to a KP kit from 1970, the second is a brand-new kit from 2020, the third is originally a ZTS Plastyk kit from 2005, and the fourth is from Heller in 1989. Your Lynx seems to also be ZTS Plastyk from the 1990s, a brand I had never heard of, but TBH the name doesn’t inspire confidence …

With those markings it looks very nice, though.

Looks like you've managed to make a silk purse from that particular sow's ear!

Well, you seem to have sorted the decals.

Take a closer look where the tail meets the body I soaked them in neat microlsol for 10 minutes and it didn't even touch them

See what you mean Peter….looks like a skirt…..overall impression is good though, despite the issues. Perhaps a blow lamp was in order?
