The interesting bits for me: The Ferret, the Gannet, Oh an RAF Buccaneer! And the Austin as a truck.

Plus one for the Ferret as well.
At last you’ll be able to get your hands on a gannet Ian , looks a superb bit of tooling too , folding wings and open bomb bay . Some excellent kits being released by Airfix these days and their attention to things like the box art and choice of schemes is very encouraging , they seem to have got a real passion for the hobby again , cheers tony

That’s a very reasonable price for the Ferret too. (The others don’t overly interest me, I must admit )

Finally I don't have to dream about scratch building the Ferret. Definitely looking forward to doing a Malaysian UN Ferret in Congo.

              Cheers,

There hasn’t been a need to scratchbuild Ferrets for 30+ years — Accurate Armour, Cromwell and Sovereign all had resin or resin/white metal kits of different variants. I built Sovereign’s kit some years ago.

                    Hmmmm,
Only thing that pricks my interest is the Buccaneer.... but after the prices of the last issues,I suspect that this new one will be even MORE than I'd be prepared to pay
.... All in all,I was expecting/hoping for more, nevermind, I'll continue to search for other brands, that suit my budget/wants better

I already know that. Price and availability was the issue and obviously at the time these resin/white metal kits were around the web was not what it is now. Besides wasn't interested in resin or after market stuff at the time too. Heard many even in the UK say it was pricey too and just imagine the postage cost on top of that.

                          Cheers,
