    HOBNOBS on the Hoof!

Well I did it. Finally got around to trying the recipe I found on line. First batch just out of the oven and second batch in the oven. If anyone has ever made these up at home, they'll know what I'm talking about when I say....."Gooey little Buggers"! Can't wait to try one but have been told they need to get to room temp in order to be crisp and crunchy.:thinking:Click image for larger version

Gentlemen, it was interesting and defo not my forte BUT, I was once told, if you can read, you can cook. I just followed the destructions and yes Ian, I did it from scratch.......no package mix here. 30 minutes in the oven and I LOVE that baked on finish!!

Thanks Ian.....I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out.......they taste even better! They will be my go to from now on and the Missus says they are scrumptious with her afternoon Tea. :thumb2:

Very nice. Just getting to the end of a kitchen refurb marathon, so they look very interesting! Have you got a link to the recipe Rick?
