How do we know we're getting old ?

Sadly , I am reminded at least 5 or 6 times a day how old I am........ I FaceTime with my Mum twice a day, who sadly has Alzheimers Dementia , and I guarantee she will ask me several times each conversation .............
"How old are you now? " At least she still knows who I am for now!

Feels for you Steve, a very sad thing to have. Not an easy thing to face, been there with one of our family.

When modelling I often listen to music on cassettes. A few weeks ago my daughter asked "Are any of the people on these cassettes still alive?" I had to admit that very few were!:rolling:

......twice a week to work & back and once to PU groceries w/o SWMBO in my LT1. My 'E' ticket to ride. Pipes open in Sport Mode w/opportunities to drive quickly through a few gears anyway. Keeps me young.

Something i realized today, everyone that used to be older than me is now younger than me :disappointed2: teachers,policemen,doctors and what made me notice this was im sure i saw my dentist quickly shoving her barbie dolls in the draw as i walked in the surgery this morning!lol
The definitive im old moment is that first time you see a scantily clad young lady on a summers day and the first thought in your mind is " go and put some bl##dy clothes on"
