Two little model projects to fill space,

A Sweet Zero and Zvezda Pz.Kpfw, 1/144 and 1/100 respectively.

These just completed and were fillers in between waiting for bits happening on my current 24th scale 57 Chevrolet BelAir.

Nice, very nice, and just "time fillers". Wish I could fill time to this standard.

Damm fine work. BTW how do you stop your fingers shaking when building/painting such fine detail. Always been my main problem.

          Tony.

            Thanks guys, very nice comments.

The models are really not that tricky though, the Aeroplane, made by Sweet, if you imagine the moulding and fit of a Tamiya kit, then you have an idea of the quality of these, excellent easy builds and because theres no interior detail to speak of you can assemble almost the whole model before painting and weathering.

The tank was a first build of armour, will try some more small tanks, it was fun.

Re the painting and keeping your hand steady, a good headband magnifier first of all is very very handy and I use a technique I got from my photography, I try to brace the heel of the hand holding the brush onto something, my other hand holding the part or the table top, knee etc, focusing on holding a steady hand without bracing it is guaranteed to make it shake more, i've not got the steadiest hand but this works well for me.

            Hope it helps
