I'm sure someone will do this for you Chris, I had the same problem with a newspaper I needed.
There's a multitude of resizing sites but I 've found most of them long winded unless you are an experienced user.

COR chrees John yes hope so but it may not be possible as the small pics were done by Sooty sue on her printer but it was not fine enough on the inks to bring out the colours

              Chris

I'll have a go at it. What do you need it painted on? I'll post something when it is done and if you like it I'll send it over the pond.

Sorry I missed this, Chris. I'd've been happy to have a bash at it, but I'm sure John will do you proud.

                          hi Chris

This is the clearest photo I could find - one option is to copy it onto a Word document and then resize the picture to the size you want before printing it, This is something I've done for things like flags

Launched in 1913, the Tiger was the oldest serving warship in the Royal Navy at the beginning of WW2. Initially kept as a gunnery training ship, the needed demand for ships led to her being heavily refitted in the british fleet overhaul of 1934, alongside the QE-class battleships. Jutland Refit in 1934 to the tune of 2.5 million pounds, the admiralty was practically left with a brand new ship. With a brand new, signature squared off superstructure, new engines, and refitted 14in guns from the KG

I liked that one as well Peter, but it's from the earlier Tiger than Chris's.
