WOW John they are just great an pm sent sir many thanksChris
Here are my efforts. They vary from approx 11mm to about 15mm. I did a few so that I could practice and you can pick the size you want if you like them. I have given them a coat of UV resin since I know they may be going to sea and that should protect them. PM me your address and I will send them over in the canoe.

WELL looks like John has sorted the ships bridge crest badge im very pleased to say but now ive still to sort out that motor problem as the rear ones go great so they ok but ive been on this since about 10 am this morn an ive uesd up to 5 different sorts of ESC 'S as yes i fitted them all in today an ran them some even 40 amps ones but there is such a massive eletric currant goin through them they only run for about 20 seconds an they get very hot an the cutout that fitted in the eletronics cuts in an stops the ESC SO NO GOOD an tomorrow im on my last attempt as im goin to run all 4 motors through the big ESC an start gently an see how they go if at all an it will be protected by a 30 amp fuse so here's hopein finger crossed

JUST had a flash of inspireration an thats instead of tryin to run all 4 motors through one ESC i think i'll take the big ESC out of its postion AN fit that so that it runs them big grupner 600 motors what have a high currant as i know that the big ESC WILL rum them as treid it today an no probs but as it runs the back motors great i dint want to touch somthing thats goin good but i will swop it to the back motors an then fit in one of them smaller ESC to run the smaller johnsons motors so thats another idea i'll find out tomorrow

Chris, if you are trying to run 4 motors in parallel off one ESC then that could be the problem with the ESC overheating, using two ESC's will cut the current draw and should be OK. Not trying to tell you how to do your job just things I learned from flying electric powered model aircraft.

HI Andy yes thats what ive been doin havin two ESC's running 4 motors but only the big ELETRONISE 30 amp ONE will do the job ive found as yes this is my probs as the smaller ESC are getting hot an they cut out BUT Like you say but them big ELETRONISE ESC are now like gold dust as they are not made anymore an i really dont want to damage my one ive got so i may wait till after a garla day this sunday as im takin up my HMS NORFOLK to sail an then next wk im thinkin of takin the big ELETRONISE 30 AMP out of my NORFOLK an fittin it in Tiger SO there will be two BIG ESC 's in her so one for each set of motors an i know this should be ok so im NOT goin to run all 4 motors through it today i think i'll hold off till next week an then fit a new ESC in NORFOLK an hope this all works out as eletronics can be a job once the gremlin get themChris, if you are trying to run 4 motors in parallel off one ESC then that could be the problem with the ESC overheating, using two ESC's will cut the current draw and should be OK. They're excellent John! Just one thing though - all of the ship's crests I've ever seen include the mural crown , even on the tompion badges

HI Steve yes the crown would have been nice but with the crown on it would have made the badge that much smaller an John as really done well to even paint the tiger badge an there may not be room on the bridge for the crown as i think thats why John has not painted it on an i may include a crown if there is room but John has done a fantastic job on them badges well done SIR
