Sorry to here about your mom, hope she is getting back on her feet (no pun intended).
My SWMBO had a fall the other day, walking through the woods with the three dogs who spotted one of their friends, went into 4 wheel drive and she tripped on a tree root. Dogs dragged her another three yards through the mud before they stopped. She is all bruised and battered, got a beaut of the black eye, fortunatelsy the tree root was unharmed... (Yes I did laugh)
