    Hi John,

I've not used Mr Hobby paints myself although I have used / am using Mr Color lacquer thinner. I can report that it's way better than acrylic thinner with Tamiya acrylic paint.

I think Mr Hobby & Mr Color are 2 parts of the Gunze Sangyo company. I for one would be interested, not only in their paint but also the thinner & primer such as Mr Surfacer.

Currently, I think the only UK stockist is Model Design Construction.

    Cheers

    Patrick

Models R Go are a stockist. I have used the Mr Hobby Metal Colors for brush painting but not airbrushing yet. So far I have read good reports on the paints. Like to see the whole range of paints. The other I would like to see in the UK would be the AKAN paints.

Yes please, I use Gunze Aqueous quite a lot and I love it. It's a little like Tamiya paint but better in my opinion, plus there's more colours to chose from

I'd be more than willing to give them a fair trial, John.

Coming in tomorrow Mr Hobby products, cement won't be in till April, I think with the paints I'm going to get them in in batches as there is not incentive for me to buy them all at once like Tamiya and Vallejo, if you remember I passed some of that on, I can't do that with the My Hobby paints, I think I will start with German, then British, US and finally all the rest, the first lot will be.
