Well, after a long(ish) lay off from ye bench. Methinks the Mem Saab may have relented and has hinted at allowing me to move into the house from the garage. As the weather and such has put a right dampener on dabbling in the noble art of modelling!! (I tend to use the garage as a storage area for all the garden furniture. Which after the recent storms I'm glad we do.) Starting to regret down sizing now!!!

Diplomatic relations have been strained of late due to me being bored, (bored = getting under her feet and generally spoiling her tv time!!) So, after lengthy and prolonged discussions, she has decided 'maybe' it may be to 'our' best interest if I bring my kits inside and utilise my once PC desk which is now my gaming desk as a work area for my models!!

Hopefully, I can be up and running by the weekend. I won't be able to airbrush, one, because mine is knackered, and two, I would imagine the noise of the compressor would get to her!! So back to brushing!! Hopefully, I'll be back and the real bench in the spring. At least I'll be able to continue.

So I may be a happy Waspie again soon!!

We are both black belt at taekwondo, Lisa has a junior blue belt in judo, I have a red belt for kick boxing and 5th kyu in aikido!
Lisa is also near 7 years younger than me.

WELL Lee i'll be 71 this 20th of december but i an jen we try to keep our minds sharp if that poss lol as jen does her dimond art an i my ship modeling an we are happy as thats the key to a good life in my opinion an thats bein happy

Yes! The G&T approach I can see being a good start. If not for her then certainly for me!!!

The only thing SWMBO and I have, is a black belt in our wardrobes!! It's verbals at 20 paces for us!! Tis safer!!
