    Manhunt (1969 TV series)

Not sure if this will stand the test of time, but I came across this series which is on TPTV tonight. I have a vague recollection of it, but cannot remember much about it other than it was WW2. I think itwas on past my bed-time - I was only 9 when it was on!

I should try to watch that; I used to work for a company headquartered in Angouleme, and sometimes visited Limoges and Bordeaux. Might see somewhere I recognise!

Don't remember watching this but there was a series based on the occupation of the Channel Islands much later which I can't remember the name.

            Cheers,

I remember watching this when it was broadcast and I have the DVD as well. An excellent series and, as a 14 year old in 1969 when broadcast, a certain scene stuck in my memory. I wonder if anyone who watched it can guess which one it was…..

I remember watching the series too and like Barry I have the DVD box set. From the sound of things, Barry remembers Nina (Cyd Hayman) getting her kit off in front of Gratz (Robert Hardy) and displaying her derrière to the camera. I recall there being quite a rumpus about that scene.

Well guessed but I remember rather more than her ‘derriere’ being displayed!

Same here, but I was being tactful, Barry. After all, this is a family website. :tongue-out:

Anyway, I don't know any French words for what was really on display!
