Thanks John, I am really looking forward to having my own space.

Insulation is going in, then the interior linings will follow. Underfloor was done in 75mm styrene.

There will indeed Ian, it's the white roll on the floor in the second pic.

Looking very nice Garry. I see you have a window at the end, no Sky light? Might help for the art work at least.

Thanks John, I decided against a skylight as that would let direct sunlight into the room which I wanted to avoid. The window is specifically South facing to let the natural light in without the glare, in the northern hemisphere you would want North light.
The art area is to be in front of the window to catch that natural light.
Then there will be 5500K LED strip lighting for the modelling area, which is as near to natural lighting as I can get.

Thanks Chris, no at this stage I haven't decided on the next model. I had an ultrasound done on my right shoulder this week and have identified a triple whammy, frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff and to add to that bursitis, so for the foreseeable future I'm pretty much on light duty due to the pain, and I have very restricted arm movement. Now the left shoulder is playing up as well, probably due to me using it more now.
Apart from that we are good, Sharon has started her holiday now, so that is good as well.
                    ATB to you and Jen.

Sorry for the lack of updates.
Good progress has been made though and I'm on the home straight now.
I don't have sufficient floor tiles left over from previous jobs, so the hunt is on to find another matching box to complete the floor. Otherwise there might have to be some decorative intermixing of some other floor tiles to complete the floor.

Haha Mark, I learnt a long time ago that you can never have enough sockets, and to be fair it's only 18 doubles

Very true Joe, I have had a builder doing the hard yards, so not a problem :smiling2: :thumb2:
