Christmas dinner

I've had this for the past week since Christmas Eve....

Made a bunch of it, gave a whole lot of it as take-away and still another days helping in the freezer left. That was damn hell of a cooking.

Roast beef, roast chicken, stuffing that's not stuffed...family recipe, corn, peas, buttered cabbage, asparagus, sauteed baby carrots and coleslaw.
That's about it.
