Their secret sauce (Artis Opus) seems to be dampening the brush very slightly, by dabbing it on a piece of slightly damp sponge. 
The texture pallet is supposed to replicate the hard edges one would normally be trying to catch with dry brushing, so giving a better idea of the effect you'll get before committing to the model. I've seen several people make their own by gluing random parts and bit of old sprue etc to a board.

						 Its worst feature is the wheels, if you use the ones with pressed spokes they just look very poorly done. The dish wheels look better. You may also want to file the front of the turret to make it a bit rounder, as Zvezda moulded it much to angular. Correcting the nose and the angle of the loader’s hatch may be a bit more advanced steps, though.
