A new 1/72 Aichi 'Val' to go with the Zero and 'Kate' wouldn't go amiss

Definitely EE. I know they made one, but it’s not around at the moment.

The only one that really grabs me is the 1/48 Bristol Bulldog

Haven't seen it when I have searched! It seems the way to produce a Wasp is to buy the 'Scout' kit and then modify it with AM parts at a silly cost!

Airfix' new 2024 is for me a tad disappointing! The Mk4 SK only in 1/72 after all the work on the Mk2/5/6 variant in 1/48 and NO Wasp!!! :disappointed2:

Blimey not one of my predictions right

Think I’ll give the lottery a miss this week :tears-of-joy:

Ooh aren't there a lot of new 1:35 vehicle kits ... its almost as if nobody builds 1:35 armour or softskins! They could at least have announced a couple of Ferret variants.

But at least the under-represented Spitfire and BF-109 fans will be happy

The HC4 was released a few years ago and this its first reboxing since then; Airfix’s HAR3 has been reboxed previously.
I think it is still too soon since the 1/48 SK for Airfix to release another version, this makes sense as the designer told me at Telford that another version was most likely going to be 2025.

Here’s what’s at the top of the New Releases page at Scalemates just now:

Of most interest to me is the Sherman, but quick-build … that’s not something I really ever expected for a 1:35 scale tank kit. It’ll be interesting to see what exactly that entails.

                              Edit: Oh, wait:

… it means Lego-compatible, by the looks of it

So the lifeboat and the Bulldog for me.
I been gaving a pop at Airfix at every chance for a bunch of 1/48 birds, jaguar, a new tool EE lightning, british Phantoms and british helicopters.
