    Weather is annoying me now!!

When is the weather going to get warmer???????

It is seriously curtailing my ability to progress my Sea King. I am itching to start airbrushing but with either humidity or outside air temps being too low I am having to talk to the wife and do all sort of odd jobs I have successfully put off for so long I had forgot they needed doing!!!

It's OK the weather witches and warlocks saying this is the warmest month since whenever but they don't have to airbrush in a cold old garage!!!!

    Yours sincerely

Know the feeling well, except mine was the shed, got a greenhouse parafin heater and that stank everything out, caused damp so that idea went down the pan. So I tried out the idea that was on YT (Item somewhere on the forum) of using a water trap. Trap works, house now smells of Zoflora Spring or whatever.

I feel for you guys, here it's 22C :smiling2: but I can feel the change in the air, so autumn is on the way.
Strength isn't about what you can do, rather it's about overcoming what you thought you couldn't do.

            My acrylic primer doesn't like 8degC!!! (46degF). So it's still a No-Go for spraying!!!!

Try getting into the garden , more like a swamp. Far too wet for many jobs let alone spray .

Yup that too. Between the weather and the leather jackets they have decimated my grass!!!

My swamp now has 200,000,000 million guests in the form of nenotodes!! Hopefully with the weather being as it is - WET!! They will be having a regular feast on my unwelcome visitors. (leatherjacket larvae).

Have new turf ordered and grass seed awaiting sowing so you never know - by the end of the year I may have grass back!!!!!

It's not so much having the ************todes visiting, but all the croaking......

Well, my job in the garden is over. (For now - I have a sneaky feeling the problem will return).
Grass - replaced with new turf. After digging out 40 square metres of old!!! Talking of which, I AM too old for this digging malarky!! It was like a scene from WW1 trenches, mud everywhere. I wasn't so much walking anywhere but sliding!!
The current rain squalls blasting through haven't helped - apart from saving my back for a short period!!! Had some monster CuNims, (Cumulo Nimbus or storm clouds), assail the area yesterday and overnight. Next time - I'm having a swimming pool installed!!! Probably less water!!!!
Family visit this weekend then - HOPEFULLY. Back to some modelling!!!! (Unless SWMBO knows something I don't!!
