Think i have around 100 kits plus figures.Sometimes think i should cull most but like wife says you have to have an interest and something to make you happy.
Think we are collectors as well as modellers.

More than I should have, less than I want. Victim of no more shelf space. So something has to give. I find it hard to cull those that are there.Comment

Also, not my purchase. A friend bought me, while in hospital the Italari 1/48 v122 Ospray. That will be a nice bit of ‘light relief’ that I will likely build after the Lancaster.
Quick update.
My son is still with me and I am awaiting still the delivery of the power lift wheelchair which will free me up to do much more for myself. I won’t really be able to spend much time in the model room, where my son sleeps, before January when he returns to sea. It is possible that he will get a new contract earlier, November earliest as I will need him at least until then. It’s quite frustrating, I am devouring lots of YouTube modelling videos. That said I am very grateful to my son for all that he is doing. Without him I would still be in hospital.Comment

At the minute my stash is in storage and i cant easily get at it but it was standing around 160ish kits
When i jumped back into this malarky a few months back my plan was to buy kit.....build kit......go buy next kit
That way i would avoid the affliction of 'growing stashitis'......but im failing misrably lol

Depending on the age, it originally could be by Heller (France) as the moulds and colour look familiar.I found this, no box no instructions no decals? I know it's an F-104 Starfighter, but by who?
I have a distant memory of being sent 'gratis' an F-104 by a kindly forum member stating is was too inaccurate for him to build being either under or over scale, can't remember which? Could this be it? I wouldn't ever (until recently) buy an F-104 so it's a bit of a mystery.
