    Army painter airbrush matt varnish.

    Hi guys
The ad for this says it can be brushed on too, has anyone used this with a brush? . And can I put transfers on it, or does it have to be gloss to put transfers on?
    Cheers all

Best practice is to apply decals to a gloss surface. You will get better adhesion and reduce risk of fogging around the edges of the decals. Once complete you can then apply the matt varnish to achieve the finish effect you are after. As regards the matt varnish question. I have no experience of using that type of varnish so someone else will have to answer that question for.
