    New Grandparents!

Hi All I Have been off the scene for the last few days due to the fact that we have become New Grandparents.:dancing2:

Freddie was born on the 10.03.12 at 07.00 weighing in at 8lbs 2oz.

My preferred pass time at the moment is visiting the little chap.

Congratulations, Vaughan. My grandson always has his eye on my completed kits so its also a good excuse to replace the ones he has!

Methinks a little clearer thinking is needed ......

You buy the kits for Freddie and make them for him ("Look dear, that FW 190 with the red & white stripes would make a very nice mobile!") until he's old enough. Then you buy them together to teach him all the history and pass on all your useful, practical building/painting skills. :lol

                    PS Congratulations Vaughan.

                      We've got a Freddie too

Grandkids are the best and most rewarding users of spare time I've ever known:emo:

                        Get the toys in Vaughan.

Model garage, the cars, train set, a few aircraft.

A large biscuit barrel. Loads of sausages & fish fingers.

                        Something for Freddie even.

Great news now you will need to get some babysitting training manuals ?

Thanks for all your comments guys I'm liking the direction of your thoughts Patrick and Dave any excuse to a buy a new model is very welcome.

But seriously it's one of those life changing moments that you can't explain very easily. I don't want to sound corny but it is like the circle of life (Lion King I'm not a fan of Disney) and it makes me very proud to be part of it. I will certainly cherish every moment with Freddie.
