    Howdy Mark,

Ok, First, welcome to the forum, we are glad to have you here.

I just finished helping Jeff (Jspitza) with a problem he had with a hasegawa kit so maybe the same information I gave him can help you.

However, not knowing your location, (I knew Jeff was in the USA), I am just going to give you all the hasegawa distibutors info from around the world.

Below you will see the various regions of the world, click on your region and you should be taken to the contact information for the distributor in your area. You can then email and/or call or write to them and inquire about a copy of the instructions, it is possible that there maybe a .pdf file of the instructions online that they can give you the link to, but I wouldnt really count on that.

    HASEGAWA WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTORS

    OUR DISTRIBUTORS

    COUNTRY

    North America

    Europe

    the Middle and Near East

    U.S.A.

    BELGIUM

    ISRAEL

Once you find the contact information for your area, I would contact them and explain that you need a copy of the instructions. Be ready to provide the model name, the kit number and the scale of the kit.

Now not having the instruction, you should be able to find the kit number on the box, however, if you cant, I would also have the UPC barcode number handy, that way if needed, they can determine the kit using that.

If you would, and if you do contact your local distibutor, would you please come back and let us know who you contacted or spoke to and at what distibutor so that people in the future might be able to use this information when they have trouble.

Also, let us know how they remedied your problem. You might even mention that you belong to this forum, which boasts over 4000 people world-wide and that their helpfulness will be reported here in the forum for all to see.

I know this sounds like name dropping or "strong arming" the company, and technically it is, but alot of companies care about public preception and what is said about them online in this world of computers and knowing this, they more often than not will try to please you in any way they can.

I hope this helps, have a good day and welcome to the forum,

    Greg aka GEEDUBBYA (GW)

      Nope:

jspitza- The Spitzer is more Man than me...... Anyway all I did was call Dragon direct and spoke with customer support-which was like two guys! I believe his name was Hose but don't quote me on that! Really friendly and was able to pull up the instruction sheet for that kit I was needing help with in under a minute.

      Heres the number:

      1 626 968 0322

you could also email or write to them like Greg suggested too. Good luck!
