    I wasn't going to post this on here, but as it was posted on Facebooks Airfix site!!

    RIP Commander 'Sharkey' Ward RN

    It's a link to a Facebook page so apologies if you cannot access the link.

    I never knew the guy other than reputation and having read his book about the Falklands. RIP Sir, job well done.

                      That is very sad news indeed, he was one of my heroes growing up. I lost count of the times I read his book at school. RIP Commander Ward.

                      God, was the Falklands really that long ago that we're starting to loose that generation of veterans as well?!
