The wife sews, has her own little business, she sales on Etsy and eBay, she has threatened to build one of my models... yeah right! Like she'd let me loose on her sewing machine! Haha

Your average knitting pattern makes Dragon instructions look clear and straightforward :smiling3: Her almost £1000 sewing machine has more buttons and switches than Concord:flushed:
            Stick to butchering plastic.

Oh, so Singer has moved on then ? This is what I remember. I used to 'storm' it with my soldiers.

There's some good lady figure painters on YouTube nearly all fantasy stuff but top draw and I can understand them being interested in that but can see no reason for them liking the usual repetitive stuff ie another spit 109 tiger pz111/1V plus as was pointed out if we could read a knitting pattern we'd all be at it

It's not quite the same but I remember visiting the Britain's factory when it was still in this country, and all the painters there were women.

Most clinical psychologists would say men are generally more interested in 'things' where women are more interested in 'people'

Indeed there are, I follow a few on their YouTube channels

and not forgetting Jen Wright's brilliant YouTube channel, she is the self professed 'Iwata Queen'

Ha! is that still a thing?

missus Miko's one and only attempt at scale modelling at what she pejoratively calls 'stickin'!

(I'll insert photo if Revell 1/72 spitfire mk V when I find it)
