Hi Bribri and a warm welcome to the forum. I think you need to tell us a bit more about what you are doing so that we can help.
Are you making a kit, and if so which one, or are you scratchbuilding? What scale is the model? and will it be wood or plastic construction?
You can actually purchase exceptionally good rigging plans from the HMS Victory shop in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard but I don't know if they do mail order. Where abouts in the world are you?
I hope we can be of some assistance to you but the Victory is a pretty major project in any scale or medium!Comment

I would have a good look around these sites:
HMS-Victory - Home
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
and possibly send an e-mail to the shops. They used to do a superb set of drawings for the Victory which included a rigging diagram which they may be able to send to you. if you get nowhere let me know as I have a set somewhere in the attic and, if they are no longer produced, I could get copied.Comment
