    Sherman interiors

I have a dio idea for my Dragon Sherman Mk.Ic Firefly hybrid, and would like to build it with the hatches open. Of course, though, there is no interior. Is there any interior set, even a basic one, that would fit this kit?

    Hi Norm.

There is one on ebayUK, but it costs £30+ and is for an early version.....

Perhaps you could try ebay over in the States?

As not a great deal will be seen through the hatches, how about scratch building a basic layout in thin plastic card and stuff?

    Cheers,

    Ron

Ron ha a point there. The detail you will be able to see through a hatch will be minimal. If you still want to go at it, a picture search on Google returns hundred of pictures.

Ja, that is a good point, and I will look into that. Never scatch-built much before, as it is. Now to find a figure who can look like an old Italian woman. :P

[Dio idea, the sherman has driven through a back fence and unwittingly parked in a vegetable garden. The commander is standing near the tank, with his hands up, as the old woman shouts at him, and the rest of the crew watches, laughing]

I have seen there are CMK set for dragon shermans available, but there a bit pricey. I think I should dry-fit the hull together first, and take a look through the hatches, and decide from there...

A good plan, there isn't much of a view through Sherman hatches after all
