best online model shops/companys

Hi guys , being new again to modelling , I`ve used a few online companys to get my stuff from- mostly paint, tools, etc etc, In the short time I`ve been back I`ve been let down once ie:- Tamiya 1/48 Spitfire & Tamiya thinners from a well know company that normally advertises its goods - if its shown its in stock ( I wont mention any names ) , this weekend I`ve just placed an order with netmerchants - they seem to have lots of stuff that the other regular online shops dont have , do you guys have any advice which are the best online companys to use,

any opinions would be very welcome

Richy there was a thread "where do you buy from?" recently in which many people expressed their preferences. I think you'll find the opinions you want there.

I'd like to say that no reputable online retailer has ever let me down, certainly none of the popular ones mentioned in that thread. I have,on occasion, had to wait rather longer than anticipated for some orders or parts thereof.

Hi Steve , thanks for that I found the thread and will have nose about tonight at some of the companys mentioned , I ordered some stuff from netmerchants at the weekend and got an email today saying all instock and has been dispatched - now thats good service.

Lots of stuff mentioned on the other thread. For models there are loads of sites. But for paint, tools etc Squires is the absolute DB! Their catalogue is huge and next day delivery is guaranteed. Although I'm stationed in Msocow, when i was back visiting in Blighty, i ordered from them on many people's recommendations and Squires were fantastic.
