I have seen on the shelf of a model shop a Dragon kettenkraftrad with what appears to be two large cable drums mounted on the back. The box feels far too heavy for what is a small vehicle so it may have some die cast parts. However, the price is just under £18 which appears far too much for a kettenkraftrad. Sadly, I have not been able to find it online to compare prices, anyone know of this kit?

Hi Graham, I've seen this in my local shop. There's no die-cast parts as far as I know but you do get a lot of plastic parts for the money plus 2 figures as well as the driver, although you'd have to set it in a winter setting to use all 3 together because of their winter clothing. Dragon kits are nearly always a tad more expensive than other manufacturers, mainly because their attention to detail is better-shame the same can't be said for their instructions & fit quality! For online shopping, modelsforsale.com might help, they do some less mainstream kits. Patrick
