    Went to the Doctors yesterday

I visited my G.P. yesterday for a check up and I didn't like what he told me.....

    "Sit down." sez he

    "O.K." sez I

"I have received your X-rays today, take a look"

    I took a look....

"Tell me straight Doc., what does it mean?"

Sez he "There is no easy way of telling you this...You have FENLANDER, I am very sorry, there is no hope."

    "Next please!" sez he again.

Can any one help me please???

    I include a picture of the X-ray

Sounds serious Ron! In fact I've got a multiple case of Fenlander and Scale Modelsitus. I ordered the Tamiya horse set last last night as well as the field kitchen and i spent 4 quid from Plus Models on a packet of ONLY buckets. If my case gets any worse, at least i can use my daughter's bibs.

        Hi Ron,

Was I in your shoes I wouldn't worry too much about whatever you've caught off young Graham. He doesn't seem to be suffering too much from FENLANDER - indeed, from what he has shown us of his work, he is positively thriving!

I should be far more concerned if I were you about something far more serious! Your x-ray shows what looks like a terminal case of 'lackofbucketitis'! Which for a moderator of your standing is a problem that needs immediate attention!

Doctor-"what seems to be the problem ron?"Ron-"i feel a little hoarse" BOOM BOOM!

Ron matey this looks a right bag of tricks, allsorts going on ,and thats just on the sprues! Are these 1/76 polythene type figures ,they look like it in the photos? I got a set of the airfix luftwaffe ground crew in 1/72 for the desert dio and being bendy polythene are proving a bit difficult to work with. You cant properly get rid of the seams and you have to 'prime' the figures with something so the paint will stick-i used johnsons klear. Whatever, im sure it will be fantastic, although youve got to acquire at least seven 1/76 scale buckets to clear up after that lot!!! cheers tony
