I've just read through this thread again and would like to say how refreshing it is to see such a good natured and humorous discussion about the size and method of scale bricks! I've seen people elsewhere get their knickers in a proper twist about similar things.

Thankfully noone will really be needing their coat anytime soon.

    Cheers

    Steve

        Steve,

We have to be good natured in case the moderators drop on us 'like a ton of bricks!'

Oh poo! Just noticed it's pourin' down outside an' I've only bought my little coat.

          Peter,

I take it the 'coat' reference meant nothing?

You'll need to check with the committee but I'm fairly sure you can't claim full membership of this forum until you've made some joke and been asked to 'get your coat' so you can leave! LOL

You have no need to worry though. You're now a fully paid up member after your 'drop a brick' comment so:

          Welcome to the forum brother!

Aaahhh but Ron, I enjoy faffing around! Where's the fun in doin' things the easy way all the time? lol

              Gern

PS But now I know a quick way of making bricks I can turn my faffing around to something else!

                      Sorry Iain,

Looks like we got a bit carried away. Again! Bet you wish you'd never started this now.

There are some answers here, so at least you didn't run into a 'brick wall' with your question.

Ron. Can I have my coat back please?

Iain, we really are on the level here and I hope we didn't string you a line or try to hammer home the question, but merely wanted to get you pointing in the right direction.

I have to go now 'cos here comes my wobbly nurse with a needle, which she thinks she can send me to sl............
