    Moving house

    Hi Everyone,

I am moving house soon and am kind of stuck with the best way to move all of my models safely and hopefully easily. The china and crystal is sorted but now I am faced with the really valuable stuff, my models! Any ideas?

boxes lined with foam, place your models in and peg around them with cocktail sticks to hold them in place, thats how i did it when i moved house and nothing was damaged.

Hi Dave, I like Scott`s idea, when I moved to Lincolnshire some years ago, I used polystyrene chips and sandwiched the models in boxes and also used foam and out of all the kits I moved I lost one aerial which ain`t bad. So good luck with the move and I`ll keep my fingers crossed for you.

      Gareth.

Thanks Guys, thats certainly food for thought. Don't think I have enough aircraft to warrant building a special box to carry them in but I still have three weeks before we move so if I am quick I could address that shortfall!
