Fimo modelling clay?
Just a thought as i've never done anything like it.
theres Alginate but that's only really a one shot deal as when the moisture goes the mould shrinks and cracks, (the same stuff as you get in baby hand and foot moulding kits, yes I have a plaster mould of my wee fellas foot from when he was very wee)
Apparently you can make reusable moulds from a silicone mix but you'd need to enquire the specifics from a more knowledgeable source. -

Question is, how many identical arms would you want? To get realism in a scene you need variation in poses. However, silicon moulds are fairly easy to make, never seen much about it on here but if you search for it you will find plenty of online advice for making moulds.
This site gives you advice and details of supplies, plenty of others though Silicone Mold ProcedureComment

Hi Alex
I use 'Flexil S' silicone rubber for my moulds. The trick to it is getting a mould that doesn't trap air bubbles. Follow the steps in Graham's link I'm sure it will cover how to overcome this. You'll then need a casting resin or you could cast in white metal. I think resin is the easiest as you don't have to mess about with hot stoves etc. I use J-Cast 70D casting resin it's 2-part and is simple to use.
Best of luck with the casting.

I want to make 5 or 6. I just need a few rifle arm as the scratch building isn't going well. But I means I can mould hands to which are expensive and you often cannot get the ones you want. Thank you everyone though not just for this thread but all my threads for all the help given. Thank all very muchComment
