I think valentines day is like Christmas but you only buy for your significant half and if your really good you can get what you want instead of a bear holding a hart
We blokes get it easy and cheeper as card factory do teddies for £1.99 , but let's just keep that to ourselves ok
So my next fill in between some where producing the full Herrick Afghanistan set.
The Stranraer. an early Supermarine/Mitchell effort.
You can see from this aircraft where Mitchell got the idea for a Spitfire. :P Oh yes some distinct clues here.ops:
For those who wish statistics there are only just 42 bits of rigging
A big brother for Walrus. Another Mitchell epic an aircraft even closer to the Spitfire having only one engine. Mitchell was closing in at this point on the verge of the Spit.. You can see the strategy Mitchell just removes the top wing problem solved.

I built the Stranraer about 20 years ago in its original Matchbox issue.I remember it as a nice kit.And I rigged it with fine wire stripped from electrical cable.
