Luckily, these two little gems appear to be intact and good (well, little might be stretching things a bit) - despite the box being soaked and both model boxes being wet - good thing Eduard put everything in plastic sleeves!

I just bought me one of these .......... I don't normally go much on aircraft but, I saw this and thought I'd give it a go. There is some PE in it (which I hate) but it doesn't look too complex so I'll probably manage.

Was looking at this today aswell funny enough, I can vouch for Eduard PE looking at buying a bending tool myself
It's not just a plain white box, but a MIG-21R direct from Eduard from their over trees excess mouldings.

Did that work out cheaper then? If so how did you go about getting your hands on it?

It was £21.90 in total. I bought it direct from their website during their VE Day promotion so got an additional discount. I bought the etched brass in the promotion too. The drawback is that there are no decals or instructions but you can download the instructions from their website and after market decals are easily found, in fact I have a Profipack Mig-21 with five different markings so I just need a set of stencil decals from Eduard.
Search their site for overtrees on their site, they have excess mouldings on production runs on lots of different models.
On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

Well it's been quite a day , the Torbay model show had everything from stormtroopers to some very scantily clad lady Jedi and a punch up between a youth and a taxi driver ( that was over the road though not in the show )
And here is the haul ( for once I got what I wanted but had to pay for it , good job I made £60 on kits I sold )

The helicopter is not going to be a helicopter, I'm kit chopping that

At last Rommel and his staff now I can get rid of that ridiculous comedy airfix figure , the medics I've wanted for ages
another practice figure

This is for another desert dio

From all accounts this is a terrible kit that is going in a crash dio
finally a puma not sure which dio but it will be early war maybe a Dunkirk theme
at last a Tilly oh my at last a British dio in Libya
