well went to the swap meet this morning,and what a cold windy,raining day it was, :/


pickup a few bargains,happy with what I brought home,


a couple of different things for me,the Star wars,Anakin pod racer,the 62 Catalina,for the muscle car GB,


do real like a Stug,Panzer,and the big Jagdtiger as well,just cannot pass them by,as I still have a couple,


T34,so next will be a KV,big turret,only done one of them,and need some modern stuff for the GB,as well,


but the size of the 1.24 catalina scary me to paint, :S

real nice molding,and very good packaging,like how you get a sheet of camo for the figures and

It is always worthwhile dropping into the toy section of TKMaxx. My local store had this and two Battle of Britain diorama gift sets on the shelf.

Not an acquisition as such but a friend at AMRC has asked me to weather these three locos for him and a fourth one when he gets it back from the DCC shop. I will spend an hour or two researching reference pictures for these and then discuss the level of weathering he wants. I'll post a thread when I get started.
