    Thanks John

Got my delivery this morning (Miniart Village Road with Ruined House), first time i've used my paypal account too. I'm going to call my paypal "the banger car" because it's going to get hit, lots.

So thanks John for your quick service and expect a lot more shopping from me, well if the wife will let me.

    Have fun, John

Your welcome and thanks for your order, soon Paypal won't be the only payment method I was told it would have been activated today but it hasn't, but hopefully from tomorrow RBS worldpay will be available, I know a lot of people don't like using Paypal

Pay Pal used to be reliable but just recently I have had nothing but problems with it and they are not very helpful despite phone calls and e-mails which they rarely answer.

My problems started three months ago when I was asked to confirm my bank details, they gave the last three numbers and I had to confirm the rest, since then I have not been able to access my account and it is tearing my hair out and I have wasted so much time ! they say that there is a problem with their online log in but this is rubbish because I have another PP account that works fine, plus a friend has checked it out and also confirms that it is working, they just do not seem to care one bit and I also notice that the PP card has changed from the Bank of Scotland to another bank ? fortunately there is no money in the account and the reason that I needed access was to top it up,I think that they have got too big and unweildy and lost touch with the public who they once relied upon for business.

They also said that the problem exists only with the on-line thing and not with E-Bay purchases, this is a load of rubbish as it is just the same.

Has anyone else had problems recently with them ? they charge enough for their services but give nothing in back up.

Richard, that all sounds a bit suss to me. If they can access a particular account to pay one company, they should be able to use the same account to pay anyone. Maybe they find it easier to sort the bills for ebay because ebay owns Paypal - or am I being cynical?

That said, I've never had a problem with either company. The only criticism I have with ebay is that the buyer is responsible for return postage if the goods supplied have to be returned.
