    My local model railway club is loosing its club room any suggestions on how to help find new ones would be great.

    Erm, could you post some more info , as to area, size of hall required etc. maybe someone out there could help.

      area,Bridlington (East Yorkshire) size, at least 60 feet by 30feet with a storage room and possibly tea room. power and heating. cheers for your reply any help is much appreciated kind regards karl.

        *** Sorry to hear about this situation,try advertising in your local press,possibilities are church halls which seem to welcome model railway societies,have you ever noticed the number of vicars etc that are interested in railways ? worth a try and keep us posted here as to any developments.

          have you tried the local newspaper, they for a start may be keen to run the story as it is a human interest type piece, but the power of the press is one you can use to your advantage, tell them the space required, tell them what you need and maybe someone in the readership can come up with the goods.... its got to be worth a try....
