Yes they do still exist. They recently released the old Monogram 1/48 Cessna Dragonfly with extra resin and photo etch parts.Sorry but I don't know their email or web adress.I remember seeing their add in a modelling magazine which is in my locker at work.I will have a look on Monday if you haven't received an answer before then.

Had a dig Wayne & this came up. Encore is a subsidiary of Squadron Products (www.squadron.com), which specialize in reboxing of other manufactures products with some very nice additions.

Got all of that from this site.

1/232 Encore USS Olympia 'Premium Edition' from Encore.

I assume you are missing parts Wayne from your reply.

Reading between the lines of sketchy information I bet this company buys up end of line models from Revell Humbrol etc rebrands boxes & sells.

That being the case, as they do not seem to manufacture themselves, the likely hood of getting replacements is a bit remote. But who knows. As they seem impossible to tract down, Encore that is, I would be a bit weary (spelling) of them.

There does seem to be a connection with Squadron who market the fillers etc.

I think the Encore youre on about wayne is a different beast altogether isnt it. The one mentioned above that re-issues old monogram kits with extra juicy bits is a subsidiary of squadron products , the one i think youve got is the british encore models that did a range of harder to find subjects in 1/72 . If im right your boxing of the beaufort has a black and white drawing on the front, like all their kits . Although informative ,ive been bugger all help to you as i dont know if theyre still trading or not! Sorry mate but good luck trying to get your missing piece ! which bit are you after anyway? cheers tony
