EMC Mines for use with the Italeri 1/35 S-100 Schnellboot.

    Hi All

I have the Italeri 1/35 Schnellboot in my stash and was looking at some extras, can anyone tell me where I can get my hands on a Set of 4 Type EMC Mines for use with the Italeri 1/35 S-100 Schnellboot. Tried google and still looking out of stock in a couple of sites.

Try Relish models, i wanted them for mine but at the time they were out of stock... if memories serves you get 6 resin mines in a pack.

I believe the company that made them has stopped making them. I want some my self and am also at a loss. I think it was Cammets that made/sold them.

I think the closest in size are table tennis balls that can be quite easily adapted, just in case you need any assistance.

I have some pipette ends that would do for the prongy detonation type things. just have to cut down to size

could post some off if you need them.

i am sure that the moulds were sold to a company called mastercasters but they do not appear on their website, only a new skull cap bridge thingy and a nice rubber dingy for your s-100.think it is owned by jay laverty who is an editor for a modelling mag....(i may be totally wrong on all i have just typed but i am sure i read it somewhere)

Well thats great news for you; not so great for us lol. Hope that you get a good reply from mastercasters.

I hope that you have the good humour to post a couple of photos of them when you get them.
