    Spare track link anyone?

Putting together a 1:72 scale Revell Panther tank. If anyone has built one of these before, they'll appreciate how fiddley the track links can be.

Anyway, after taking the links off the sprue, I realised it was best to keep them on before painting. In the process I've lost one

Does anyone have a spare link for this type of model?

    Kind Regards

Not wishing to say the obvious but have you tried contacting Revell? Most of the larger companies have at least some form of customer support. How good it is is any ones guess. I would suggest that you try them and see what happens, Subsite Unternehmen: Contact Revell

Hope you can get hold of one.

I was looking at a box of separate links in 1/35 scale and the idea of doing them in 1/72 scares me!

I've emailed Revell. Failing that, I'll just have to buy another kit and take a link out of it. The excess kit I could possibly paint as a 'wreck'?

Did you send an ordinary e-mail or did you use the contact form that I linked to...

In this case true. I was gobsmacked by how good their no quibble customer service was. So now I will stick as a Revell customer. A few months ago I needed screws for my desktop pc (they were special inch long ones to mount hard drove). Couldnt find them in any hardware store so I contacted the manufacturer.... They wanted 30 euros!! for a pack of 4 screws!

Anyway, I probed different departments, and eventually found a kind representative in Japan who sent me the screws free of charge. I didnt mind having to pay 5 or 10 euros for them, but I thought 30 Euros was daylight robbery.
