I went to have a look at it today

I know little about airbrushes but I'm afraid the quality of this unit is shown in the price.

no disrespect intended to Johns gesture in posting the link but I just thought i'd offer my thoughts.

Just 4 hours on Ebay for this item.

At the moment £42:10 a snip. Average cost retail is £100. Post is £6:71 very cheap.

Think, judging by recent posts, you will find Colin that the majority of members use this manufacturer for their compressors.

When I looked a few months back I found one just under £200. Guess what it was the same one painted in the livery & marketed by an airbrush manufacturer.

Sorry Colin & all reading this just got Johns Compressor on Ebay & this one mixed up. Apologies. The one I am talking of is here.

Mini Air Compressor 240v 1/6 HP, with 3 Ltr Air Tank, AS189 | eBay

Will start a new article to cut the confusion.

Thats ok Laurie, like i say i dont know an awful lot about airbrushes but the chap at Lidl showed me a really low quality item, and i can normally judge a quality product (or not) when i see it.

In this instance i knew to say "i think i'll leave it thanks"
